We work 100% remotely — no offices, no commuting, no wasted time.

We prefer async work — fewer meetings, more uninterrupted time to think and build.

We don't follow rigid frameworks like Scrum or planning rituals. We focus on what matters and trust good judgment.

We are bootstrapped — no investors, no pressure for short-term outcomes, no chasing exits.

This might not look like a typical software company. But it gives us something more important: the freedom to think clearly, build carefully, and stay focused on what actually matters over time.
